Drop Off Arrangements
Students will arrive in the morning via the Flagstaff Road gate as previously done. They will then move to their allocated outdoor area directed by the staff to avoid mingling with other cohorts of students. The cohorts for Week 3 will be:
· Kindergarten
· Year 1
· Year 2 – essential workers
· Years 3, 4, 5, 6 – essential workers
As we return to school – students will be kept in their cohorts to minimise opportunities for transmission of COVID-19 and to enable effective contact tracing and containment.
This means minimising interaction between students on school grounds and keeping cohorts together where possible. At lunch 1 and lunch 2 the cohorts will remain in separate areas of the playground to avoid mingling.
The canteen will not re-open until Week 4 Monday 25 October.
The P&C Uniform Shop will remain closed until further notice. If you require uniforms urgently, please contact the office to obtain an order form. Order forms and money can than be left with office staff who will organise orders to be filled.
Pick Up Arrangements
2.45pm
- Kindergarten + older siblings at the Flagstaff gate (main gate near office)
- Years 1 + older siblings at the George Street gate
This will be supervised by teachers.
3.00pm
- Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 students at the Flagstaff Road gate (main gate near office)
- Year 2 students + older siblings at the George Street gate
**Students who attend the preschool after school will be handed over to staff at the George Street gate.
